This assessment provides a personalized learning experience that teaches participants to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and respond accordingly. After completing this profile, individuals will be exposed to enhance their emotional intelligence. They’ll know how to step outside of their comfort zone and operate on the fly, easily adjusting their responses for any situation.
The Agile EQ Profile covers three distinct areas
